Early arrivals and late departures If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make a courtesy room available for you to freshen up.

:: A 30% deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance can be paid at the end of the holiday.

For a 7 night stay
Air Conditioning is 50 euros, Fridge is 35 euros and Safe box is 30 euros
For a 10 night stay
Air Conditioning is 70 euros, Fridge is 45 euros and Safe box is 40 euros
For a 14 night stay
Air Conditioning is 90 euros, Fridge is 55 euros and Safe box is 50 euros
:: All cancellations must be made prior to the specified period and a full refund of the deposit will be returned, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded. One week cancellation period applies for the months of May-October. Two week cancellation period applies for the months of June and September and a 4 week cancellation period applies for July and August. If a cancellation occurs outside the time frame then the deposit is transferable for the next two years.
:: In the unfortunate event of airline or charter flights that are in the process of administration that lead to ceased trading and in the event of national and/or local economical default refund of deposits will not be possible regardless of any time period. However, any kind of deposit is not lost and can be used for future dates.
Free Insurance! In the case that for any reason an airline or charter flight goes into administration and ceases all operations we will offer free accommodation till a suitable flight is found to return to your destination. The same applies for an Act of God, i.e. volcano ash disruption, natural phenomena and accidents.
