At the Venus we treat all of our guests as friends and to the very special ones as family. Therefore, it was about time to thank all of them by creating the “Venus Club Members” and all the privileges that goes with it.
All club members enjoy these benefits just by booking directly with us at least once and have four reasons to do so:
1. When booking thru a tour operator please note that all extra room facilities are not included in the price of your holiday and this can result to a more expensive holiday package. So if you book with a tour operator there is an extra cost for air conditioning, fridge and safety deposit box. Only by booking directly these are included in the price of the holiday.
2. By booking directly you also can choose the room view and room type of your choice where booking via a tour operator will not guarantee you this.
3. By booking directly with us you also become a Venus Club Member, which can give you a 10% discount all purchases around the hotel (bar, snack bar, restaurant, etc.) and future bookings!
4. Free Insurance! In the case that for any reason an airline or charter flight goes into administration and ceases all operations we will offer free accommodation till a suitable flight is found to return to your destination. The same applies for an Act of God, i.e. volcano ash disruption, natural phenomena and accidents.
